Gotta love GNR, saw them back in 88-89 I think for the first time. They were backing up The Cult. They were so fucking loud, we were going who the hell are these guys. Two months later Sweet child of mine is #1 on the charts.

I am not sure who was more fucked up that day, Axl or Ian Astbury, they both almost fell off the stage.
