any annoying bastards at your gym

When I go to the gym its time to train. I ignore all those other fuckers.:cool:
 
this guy at my gym is one of the biggest guys there,,,he's has to have several cycles under his belt,,anyway, ive never seen him work out hard,he just fucks around with the cables and machines and goes super light,the rest of the time he just talks to ppl,i dont know how he maintains his size.
 
my favorite is the group of skinny wife beater wearing guys that come in there like 6-10 at a time together, and do one set of leg presses one set of flat bench, talk on their cell phone, hit on the girls, and one set of curls, then when you look at them they turn to one another and say "yo he be frontin yo". There is skinny little bastart that works out in his slippers, and everyone make fun of him.
 
i have two dudes in my gym that have no fuckin concept of deoderant , in the last year neither of them have ever worn it for one day ... when they walk around the gym the whole fuckin place smells like barbaqued tuna.. and the one fucker has the nerve to walk around the gym when he gets there and rearrange every single wieght like he fuckin works there or something and by the time hes done with that the whole place is ready to puke .... its really annoying ... oh ya the wife beater kids with the 14 inch arms get kinda annoying too!
 
These guys sound like some of the numbnut trainers at my gym.. The only way to handle them is to smile at them and ignore them.. just sit there smiling while they run their mouths.. then start your next set while they are still talking..

The old ladies at my gym are cool.. just say good morning to them & smile.. they are happy to get out of the way or even offer to let me work in.. I find the nicer I am to them the more likely they will stay out of my way..

Spotters all suck.. the worse is my 13 yo son.. horny little fuck is always staring at some ass. I do all of my heavy stuff in a rack or on a machine.. it just isn't worth the trouble with most of the guys in my gym..
 
I hate the guys who pile the weight on the curl bar, like 135lbs and their not even big, then they proceed to throw their backs up in the air like a volleyball. I hate those clowns with the wrong form. Or people that are smaller then you but tell you that you're lifting wrong.

Got this real fat guy in my gym, must be about 400lbs and sloppy with tons of extra skin. Any way he brags sometimes about how he just did 315lbs on the bench as his 1 rep max. I feel like sayin, "Bro, your 400lbs doing 315. You're not even considered in shape unless you do at least your body weight. I have nothing against the fact that he's fat, just against the fact that he's fat and obnoxious.

they used to bother me - now I just think of them as doing back exercises and I feel better about it. funny that they think they are working their arms...
 
There is this guy that bugs my ass on squats when I go up to 4-5 plates a side about wearing a belt. EVERY FUCKING TIME!!! I just laugh in his face and do my thing.

Happy good way to see that. and IMO 135 aint loadin the bar for wide curls!
 
All those posts and I cant believe no one else hates the people that camp out on a machine forever, slouched over starin at their nails between sets. Stand up and let someone who is actually training work in for christs sake. It might not be as bad in big gyms, but my gym has one fly/rear delt machine and you practically have to write your name on a board to get a set in on it. I keep my sanity by doin a different exercise that day but Ive trained whole bodyparts and still seen the same people on the same machines as when I started.
