gotta love that taste. running it at 50mg/d.7 days a week unless vision sides then will go 5 on 2 off....i tore a tendon in my shoulder and havnt lifted since aug. trained mma w/ the injury for 3 months for a fight (in nov) and havnt done a thing since (too painful) . ive been rehabing the shoulder w/o weights and was just cleared to start lifting. scale says 216 lbs 15% bf ( usually never right). im not currently following any diet or workout plan however since im going to start lifting and doing jiu jitsu, and cadio ..i will modify my diet to a semi clean 3000 ish cal diet. i usually get back into shape rather quickly so im going to pay close attention to see what this stuff can really do..my biggest interest is to see how much if at all it helps w/ my shoulder
i may down the road add one or more of the following: var, test, lipo shred stack. Depending on how hard i can actually work out and how straight i get my diet.
