Another case in why steroids is a no no...

bino, there are legitimate concerns to AAS use......but did you look at those photo's bro? Do you think that if your typical roid user was getting "just a fraction" of that condition that roid use would be prevelant? The dude's physique didn't even remotely look like a roid users.....even the first photo's phsyique didn't look roid gained. That dude obviously had some prior genetic disposition or something.....that shit almost looks like psoriasis.....whatever.

maybe i'm stretching a bit to make a point here, but i know peeps can recognize what i'm getting at.
foot meat mouth, if the intention was to spell meet with an a, is the funniest thing i've read in a while
i think i will forever spell meet with an a

i haven't blazed since around jan...that's what i have to say

Not the issue sir... if I read correctly on a LeStat thread you are somewhat of a proponent of "responsible" pot use (whatever that is) and yet you pounce on some OBVIOUSLY FOOLISH *joose* story.

Come on Bino... you are waaaaaaaay too intelligent to get behind such an example of utter bunk. If there was a SHRED of truth to the bullshit in that article then don't you think MOST of the joosers on elite would have said something about such "side effects"?

Utter fukkin bunk... I wish the media would just stick to the truth about such agents. But then again that would be like expecting the media to stick to the truth about pot use or any other damned thing... right?

I know its wrong now but when I first started posting on ef I did not. I liked it spelled like that and do it often just for kicks now. A lot of times people will not even notice it but I will spell
a word wrong for a reason. You really have to read what I wrote and think about it to get it. Most people just skim it and say "ah thats needto's bad spelling" every once in a wile some one will get it though.

meh, i'm confused about the whole weed issue...plunkey and a few others have got me thinking of different aspects of the issue.
personally, i know i can't responsibly smoke, it's either every day all day or not at all.
but the point i'm attempting to make, pretty bold on my part on a jooser board btw, is that whenever something negative crops up about roids everyone calls it a fraud/lies/propaganda
in my eyes it looks oftly like drug use denial, the same denial i used when sitting on my ass for months straight getting stoned to the hilt.
not many peeps i agree with me about this, so i don't expect you to

An addiction is a physical dependancy to a substance. Steroids are not physically addictive. Your body does not become dependant on them like you do with other drugs like cocaine, tobacco or alcohol to feel like it has to function properly.

Sure, some people love taking steroids and do it become it makes them feel good, but they do not institute a physical dependancy on exogeneous hormones.

Steroids are definitely physically addictive. If your body didn't accommodate for their presence and begin relying on them then there would be no such thing as PCT.

Also regarding the physically addictive properties of steroids, abrupt discontinued use can definitely lead to temporary depression. I don't know the mechanism, but testosterone was a standard, medically-approved treatment for male depression until high-priced oral antidepressants were pushed onto men by big pharma.

And don't even get me started on the psychological issues regarding gear... I used to work at a gym where we "rehabilitated" NCAA athletes trying to get off the sauce. These guys would spend all day, every day, reminiscing about how great they felt and strong they were back when they were using. It was really sad.

I didnt read the entire thread but one of the reasons I sometimes get a kick out of reading the AAS forum is because everybody knows what AAS does and doesnt do.

Too bad that 90% of that knowledge is based on what someone else on a message board said.

Well yes an no...

Average Doctor < Collective Juicer Board Knowledge < High-End Joose-Savvy Endocrinologist

It is impressive the base of knowledge that the EF jewsers collectively maintain. It like five people trying to answer the same trivial pursuit question -- its amazing how much knowledge they can amass.

Pot isn't physically addictive. I don't know about Jooses or apples or oranges. I do know pot isn't physically addictive, its all in the mind. Go a bit deeper, like lets say pills, they are highly addictive both physically and mentally. Personally I like to take a nice TRIP in the woods nekked and chase bears... and I am addicted to it.
