Another 5x5 Question/needsize?

I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE 5X5 ON A 4 DAY SPLIT FOR THE PAST COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH GREAT RESULTS. MY QUESTION IS WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK OF ME ADDING A 5TH DAY FOR FOREARM,CALVE AND AB WORK SINCE I A FREQUENTLY PRETTY EXHAUSTED BY END OF MY OTHER WORKOUTS. THANKS FOR THE HELP.
 
Give it a try, you'll know if you're overtraining but you wont know until you try. Just make sure your eating well and getting lots of sleep
 
Yea, I would give it a shot just look for symptoms of overtraining. And make sure that day doesnt affect your other training(if your forearms are bombed it'll hurt your deads/back work).
