Okay, I've never done a cycle before but plan on doing one in the early December.
I'm currently 19 years old, 6'3.5", weigh 245 lbs and about 15% bf.
My 40 yd dash is a 4.7 (looking to shave off .2 seconds) and add about 15-20 lbs in muscle. I want to always loose some body fat also. I'm looking to become a freak of nature athletic wise than be huge and bulky. But I'm not quite sure what I should be taking.
This being said, I was thinking that I should run:
1-8 weeks TEST 500mg/week
1-8 weeks VAR 50mg/day
Does this sound good?
