I've noticed that when I do a var cutting cycle (or minicycle) after a bulking cycle containing deca, I seem to lose alot more muscle size from the preceeding cycle than when using var to cut after a non-deca cycle. Also, when cutting without var post deca, the deca denseness remains.
Since some of Deca's dense muscle gains are supposedly due to intramuscular fat promotion, and var is known to preferentially burn visceral (and abdominal) fat, is it possible that it is also burning away the intra-muscular fat?
opinions? anyone know of any studies that would be relevant?
