if i had to make a half-assed guess (get it?), I'd say anal itch possibly = inflamed/engorged vascular tissue in the anus (like hemmorids whether distended or not) from polycythemia (RBC too high from juice).

good 'half-assed guess'. Increased blood pressure can lead to all those other things huh.

I was on this home remedy website and I came across anal itching (don't ask me how) it had a list of symptoms causes and reasons to go to the doctor. It said if you're on steroids and have anal itching you better go to the doctor, but it doesn't say why? Does anyone know why?

If you shave it...gets itchy when it grows back. Wax it that helps.
hemorrhoids from straining. Use a stool softener and some tucks
sweatiness...use baby wipes to wipe when you use the bathroom
