normally i prefer benzos..
I notice with ambiens if I take one after a spicy meal my vision gets all fucked up and I can't read pages on the computer well.
I should take an ambien before going to work

i remember a sleep med back in the day that was to ambien what a ferrari enzo is to a ford pinto. methaqualone 300 AKA quaalude. better than the old skool barbs and there's no benzo or suedo- benzo in the same universe.

i am most def referring to wheat thins but 100% wheat version. just as tasty
as non wheat version and waaay mo better on the waist line. also dig
100% wheat fig newtons. actually better tastin then the original.

Hot sauce is fine, I live for habanero sauce. Hot sauce on sardines is not ok.

i usually add a little dab of mustard.
i always put hot sauce in my pintos and turnip greens.
throw in some cornbread and man o man!!!! it gets no better.
