Am I taking enough gear

I am in my 4th week of my cycle and was wondering if I was taking enough gear. I am 6.1 and 198 up from 187 4 weeks ago. I have been training heavy for approximateley 1 year. I am currently taking

6 d-bols a day
1 1/2 cc of test depo/week
1 1/4 cc of Deca/week
test and deca are in the same shot

Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated. I just signed up to elite fitness and you guys have a great site!!

You say 6 dbols a day, but how many mgs are each dbol? What type of dbol are you using?

You need to post the mg/ml of the injectables you're using. "1cc" can mean many different things.

For someone new to the dbol game, I wouldn't go more than 30mg ed, just to be safe. You have stocked up on Tyler's Liver Detox, r-ALA and Milk Thistle, right? Between the deca and dbol, YOU'RE GONNA NEED THEM!!!

Let me clarify: I have been training for 4 years however I have been training extremely heavy for the past year. I am taking 250 milligrams of test per week stacking 150 milligrams of deca./
