Boundaries? It is one thing to "correct a child" by humilitating him for something that he wasn't doing wrong to begin with and teaching a child boundaries. The woman had issues and clearly should not have been working at that place where TONS of rugrats run amuck all day long.

I take my sister's kids out all the time. They are 9, 8 and 6 years old. I NEVER raise my voice. It is enough for me to raise my brows. It is the same when I am with my own children which would stand to reason as mine are much older.
it depends. if it was some teen or early 20's type person, well, they should have a written and wax sealed letter with the insignia of their eldest family member before addressing anyone over 30. just because most people under 30 never say anything i would ever want to hear. secondly, if it was said "young person" i would ask, to which pimple am i speaking at? usually young people clench up in my presence because i am a daddy figure, regardless of lineage, and they always seem to put on their indoors voice when i'm about. although, crotchety old people can be just as bad. i know this because that's what i am training for. i already have a few "get off my lawn" speeches....BIKINIMOM said:

Honestly, I pretty much get along with anyone that breaths. I guess you'd have to have met me to notice that but there are others to attest to the way interact with people. Ones that I have met thru the years. Im not a hard person to get along with... hell not even for my beau... I cook, clean, do laundry, serve dinner, set the table, clean the dishes, and even wake the entire family up with breakfast in bed sometimes.
I am sure most here think I am a bitch, a horrible mother and a horrible person.. but ya know, all that matters in life is that those that I love know that I love them and do anything and everthing to protect them, provide for them and be there when they need me.
