it depends. if it was some teen or early 20's type person, well, they should have a written and wax sealed letter with the insignia of their eldest family member before addressing anyone over 30. just because most people under 30 never say anything i would ever want to hear. secondly, if it was said "young person" i would ask, to which pimple am i speaking at? usually young people clench up in my presence because i am a daddy figure, regardless of lineage, and they always seem to put on their indoors voice when i'm about. although, crotchety old people can be just as bad. i know this because that's what i am training for. i already have a few "get off my lawn" speeches....
