im tired,

the my lower back and legs hurt me way more than my lungs did during all the running. makes me think i have alot of weaknesses i gotta get sorted out, hopefully the running will help with them

also, im still just as fat as i was yesterday,

all in all, id say fuck

it made me feel like a little bitch ass weak nugga

i hate cardio because i think omg i'm burning calories that could make me bigger but you're not if you eat right for it

so just do it and stfu

so my blisters are forming now, and even though im not tired (other than wanting to pass out, but i mean out of breath) im in the air conditioned and cant stop sweating
 
lets get some pics up in here. i bet you're starting to look like a full fledged man now that you're maturing (physically I mean)

and with the running, your cardio capacity will increase exponentially in a very short time. thats the cool thing about running. especially if you're already in pretty good shape.

i've been doin it for awhile to get in summer shape, and its almost impossible to get up for that unless i get an ec stack in me

also last time I tried cardio (a couple months ago) I lasted about 8 minutes on the treadmill before I decided I had enough

yeah shes been running since winter and i still pwned her...i was hoping shed push me but instead it was me telling her to go faster and not stop to walk...

i guess guys are better at pushing themselves than girls.

lol i dont get the pussy part, im doing my AM cardio like a man
 
Did my morning cardio as well.....then lifted & did a 2nd session.....

You'll get used to it....

We have a winner.

I'll say it again... Lower intensity cardio wil not dig into your muscles and burn more fat. Would someone either agree or diagree with this lease. Like I said earlier, this theory may have been debunked, I don't know. I've been out of the cardio room for a long time.

When you do regular cardio, your muscles are being spent. Doing 60% mhr on an empty stomach in the AM, you burn fat more efficiently.

I believe this was Swole's technique.
