I don't want to bust anyone but must get at least one PM where someone is taking a shit load of stuff and having problems and wondering what they should do.
Here's something. THE FIRST STEP SHOULD ALWAYS BE TO LOWER THE DOSAGES!
Instead of doing this for gyno and that for bloat, an something else for anxiety and everything else you should realize something.
Symtoms occur for a reason! It's you body telling you something's wrong. Don't just cover it up!
I think a big reason this happens is too few people learn what compounds work well for them and which have a bad reaction. They lump 3-4 compounds together and then just guess what's doing what based on what they've heard or read.
Hell, I spent a year where each workout was just ONE EXERCISE PER BODYPART to see which ones were consistantly superior. The same should be done with steroids, THEN, you start mixing an matching.
it'll save a lot of time, guesswork, and problems.
