Almost spring?

It's nearly 70 degrees here today, not a cloud in the sky, it's almost like an early Spring already.

You guys still getting snow up in the Northeast?

Yesterday was dig out day. Today a lot of school districts are still closed but "civilians" were expected to be at work like usual.

15" piled on top of a coating of sleet and us with 250' plus of walkways and three cars to shovel out in such a way so the snow plow won't cause them to be re-entombed.

Winter is utterly over rated. If you don't ski, this white shit is just a dangerous headache.

you know whats weird? I noticed like two weeks ago that a lot of the trees tops turned red or have buds on them...the hills kind of turn red right before spring hits and this started happening already

this during all this insane snow....I hear rumor of another big storm next week

I'm so absolutely over the mid-Atlantic. I cannot wait to relocate.

Definitely feels like it in SoCal. It was cooler last night, but been in the 80s all week and 50s/60s overnight. All the hills are bright green, and they're planting strawberries this weekend! We still have our rainy season to start next month though (typically Feb-April). But that's not really cold; just wet & gloomy.
