Air injection?

My understanding is that it takes 3 ccs directly into a vein before there is a possible fatality. I don't know what it would take if no vein was hit.

Truth be told, air along with a shot isn't a good thing but as long as proper steps are taken to get the bubbles out of a shot it's not anything to obsess over. IOW, there will probably always be a little air in a shot.
