Got my "Rapid Mass Stack" this afternoon!

Omega, 1 question:

I plan on taking the RAW MCC once every day. On workout days I'll take it one and a half to two hours prior and with some protein powder/nestle strawberry powder.

The amp02 I will use only 40 min prior to weight training.

The G-covery will be once a day with a protein shake post weight training and also once on my off days.

All sound good?

Take G-covery Daily with One Protein Shake
Take RawMCC on Off days

Amplify02 has plenty of Creatine on your on days:)

In about 1 week you will start to get VERY strong and your Muscle Recovery will be through the Roof
