after injury cycle

i am returning to the gym from shoulder surgery. i have been in physical therapy for 3 months. My goal is to shed the fat that i have gained and SLOWLY start to regain the strength.size that I lost over the 8 months that I have been out of the gym. I am following a very structured workout so as not to reinjur the shoulder. (Lebrum-not rotator cuff)... any suggestions as to a mellower, sustained cycle? I am 5'8 155 soft down from 165 ripped and hard.
 
Deca is oftened mentioned as the gear choice when injured. I'm not clear on what you mean about mellow, sustained cycle, but if you choose Deca, you should stack with Test & Winny. Maybe go at 250mg-500mg Test/week if you want "mellow".
 
I don't know if 500mg/week is exactly mellow, but I bet it would help you quickly regenerate that injured tissue. Enanthate seems to drasticly improve my recovery times (this is assuming you have a muscle injury).
 
hey thanks... what i meant by mellow.... i dont want to be too charged up more like an assist cycle....maybe Anavar, test & daca 12 weeks
