Hey guys,

Im new to the forum, im just about to start an 8 week cycle of anavar 50mg ed. Wanting some help on pct? Ive had mixed advise on what to take and when! This is my 1st ever cycle.

How long have you been training? Age? Weight? BF%?
 
What Zygla said ... plus, could you also put up what your diet looks like, in terms of protein:carbs:fat ... if you're not sure, then stick the foods you eat daily and how many times a day on here and we'll try and work the ratios out for you, Also, how is your workout routine?

Answer all the questions required of you and assistance will come RUNNING your way Bro, as long as all criteria are met.

Been training for 2 yrs serious , Im 25, weight 70kg , height 5'5, body fat 11%.

I train 6 days a week -

At the moment i have been doing a 3 way split,

Monday- back & biceps
Tuesday- cardio core
Wed- chest & triceps
Thursday-cardio core
Friday- shoulders
Saturday- legs, cardio.

Diet is pretty good- standard day wud be-

Breakfast- Porride
Mid morming-Protein shake
Dinner- Tuna, with sum carbs whole meal pasta etc.
Late afternoon- Protein shake
Evening meal- Chicken, veg
Late evening - protein shake

Anavar is safest and mildest oral steroid u can get... However at 50mg a day I think at most you'll notice good strength gains but not a whole lot of muscle mass... Whatever you do gain would be quality "dry" gains.

I personally don't run var on less than 80mg-100mg a day... At those doses though it becomes a very very pricy oral.

As per pct... Some might say oh anavar is mild so u can just do nolva but I'm more for a full old school pct of clomid+nolva

Nolva: 40mg first 2 weeks, 20mg next 2 weeks
Clomid:150mg first week, 100mg second, 50mg third and 4th...

You COULD throw in hcg but I don't think u need it
 
And honestly oral only cycles are not what I call a real cycle... Especially ananvar which is so mild and results are so subtle... I seen people do Dbol and tbol... Tbol is what I would use.,,

First cycle to me should always be just test at 500mg a week
 
To see good results from var I think dose should be in the 75-150 range. Plus use creatine with it. Goes together nicely!
 
2 years training is no where near enough time to jump on AAS. You've got a lot of room to grow naturally based on your age and stats. Stay away until you put on another 20-30 lbs. You can easily do it naturally. You've just started training man and you're only 25.
 
Well ive actually been training for around 5 yrs but only serious for 2 yrs. I train really hard and well in my opinion but i just feel i have hit a brick wall. My main goal is to cut up and maybe increase size slightly thats why i chose anavar over dbol etc! Im pretty confused on dosage aswell as i was planning on taking 50mg ed then somebody said it wont be enougth need to take 100mg then radar on another post said 100mg is to much!! I have 50mg tablets!
