Been training for 2 yrs serious , Im 25, weight 70kg , height 5'5, body fat 11%.
I train 6 days a week -
At the moment i have been doing a 3 way split,
Monday- back & biceps
Tuesday- cardio core
Wed- chest & triceps
Thursday-cardio core
Friday- shoulders
Saturday- legs, cardio.
Diet is pretty good- standard day wud be-
Breakfast- Porride
Mid morming-Protein shake
Dinner- Tuna, with sum carbs whole meal pasta etc.
Late afternoon- Protein shake
Evening meal- Chicken, veg
Late evening - protein shake
