Ok here goes long time reader 1st time poster.

I have spent countless hours reading all the threads on here since July to learn as much as I could prior to posting this thread and welcome the advice many of you provide out of goodwill (thanks for this):D

Previously (2 years ago) I have foolishly done a DBOL only cycle with no PCT whats so ever (this was prior to me having knowledge of this site). Now I am about to embark on my 2ND CYCLE If you can call it that after the 1st? Any advice would be appreciated.

Weeks 1-4 dbol 20mg a day split 8.00 a.m. and 17.00 (30 mins prior to training)
Weeks 1-14 test 400 (blend) 600mg per week injected Sunday & Thursday

PCT To commence 1 week after last injection
have NOLVA for 1st week (also incase a symtoms during cycle) and CLOMID for the next 2
I have HCG on route (not sure when to start on cycle and when to stop)
I am about to order HCGenerate off N2B new site to use during cycle (again not 100% when to start / stop etc)

I then will remain off cycle for 14 weeks and will consider doing a test/ mast or anaver cycle for a simular period to get seriously cut.

About me:- 39 years old, 6ft 6" 270lbs been seriuosly training for two and a half years although trained continuosly for RUGBY since the age of 19. diet is good and my nowledge is high as I have been supported by nutrionalists during my rugby days (I am aware that during the bulking cycle that addtional quality calories will be requied to support the effects)

Oh and since your a rugby guy I feel it is important to tell you that Ale is not really a recognized supplement......(teasing bro).
Would like to see you do a log on your cycle if you can manage it bro.

At 270 you are trying to bulk?

^He's 6'6 and also plays rugby.

To the OP, run test enanthate on its own for 10-12 weeks, if you wanna see some quick results while your ester is breaking down, kickstart with tbol instead of dbol.

PCT looks good, some Unleashed / Post Cycle will top it off nicely.

okay, I disagree. At 6'6 that is still fat unless you have really low bodyfat or even normal. That's all I'm saying and sticking by it until I see pics where he is 6'6 and a solid 270.
 
Lol not fat but admit BF is around 19% (just came back from two weeks in the canary islands and over indulged on the carbs a lot) I will be trimming this back off quickly with cardio. believe it not and am not bulging with muscle either have a large frame with a reasonable muscular bulk and my appearance is big but athletic for someone who's nearly 40?
Thanks for the ongoing advice guys it is gratefully accepted I will take it all on board prior to starting the cycle as I don't want my next thread to be "GYNO HELP REQUIRED" in a few weeks time..
 
I'm guessing the blend is Sustanon? If that's the case you should consider once weekly injections rather than Sun/Thurs. Someone please correct me if that's wrong...

I was researching sust when I was trying to figure out which test I was gonna go with. It doesn’t seem everyone agrees on sust from what I could find. I’m not really talking about on EF but just the internet in general. Some say every week, some say 2x week, 3x week, even every 21 days. I’m pretty sure since it does have a short acting ester you would want to shoot at least twice a week. At least that’s how I would run it if I couldn’t get test e or c.

from what I've research Sustanon should be injected once a week( optimal) or eod..
 
when I took sus I injected eod for a total of 750mg a week to take advantage of the short acting esters,but I have heard of people doing it once a week. you just won't take full advantage of the shorter esters.
 
Update:- sorry guys couldn't wait :) received my hcg and N2guard and started my cycle (today is the 1st day of week 2 and just done injection number 3) I am feeling great in the gym and I am pushing myself further than ever before..
Is this the dbol as I believe the test 400 does not kick in until week 3??

Point of interest for anyone else starting or thinking about T400 it is supposed hurt like a bitch' and there are numerous comments on the forum stating this and it DOES ! just kidding was uncomfortable for the first 3 days but more like a bruise than bullet...!
 
cycle looks. id like to see lower bf% but it is what it is. Make sure you run n2guard the whole time. Drink lots of water and keep the dbol at 20mg and only for four weeks. Keep a good diet and log what you eat.

As an update for all the people who provided advise I am in week three of my cycle and am feeling fantastic in the gym and feel my strength gains are improving :) ... My right testicle starting aching a few days back and so I started my HCGenerate early ( was going to commence in week 5) this may well be because the sex tho as my needs have gone through the roof (the wife is walking like a cowboy lol) ! either way I'm fine now... my diet has been good pasta, Chicken, chicken and more chicken good news also injection of the test 400 hurt like a bitch but now the discomfort is shorter and less intense ...will keep you posted as I progress....cheers

I read a lot of articles and discussions praising once a week injections. I honestly cannot tell the difference between weekly and Mon/Thurs injections. I am doing weekly Monday injections right now and feel stable.
 
ALSO- glad to hear this cycle is going well. Hope that you keep the diet clean and cut down that fat while putting on some lean muscle. GL!
 
Week 4 update:- my sessions have intensified and my lifts are increasing what seems like every session :) and my gains are pleasing if not significant (hey its only week 4)sticking to N2 guard & HCGenerate religiously and have added mackerel in chilli into my daily diet which is still strict!! The Good news is my NUTS have stopped aching..my feeling of well being is tip top and is pissing everyone off at work as I have always good a smile on my face ( think this unnerves them lol)..looking forward to the rest of the cycle and the results it provides...cheers guys
 
Start of week 7 I know it's a little late but did my 1st hcg jab today (degrees in chemical mathematics in post) still got a sting at the site 1hour later but was a breeze after reading all the threads for advice.
On the test cycle side, injections have been in glutes only alternating left / right but the pain over the past weekend felt like I had been given a good boot in the ass by a horse, i am going to consider delts if this doesnt subside prior to next injection.
Training still progressing nicely and I have reintroduced cardio doing 4k 3xweek on the treadmill and although not massively increasing lift weights I have carrying out additional sets for the past week to absolute failure.
I have noticed a very slight water retention but I am taking in a lot of fluid as have noticed a considerable increase in sweating during workouts (I do not know if this is the test or the increased intensity??)
The wife was getting annoyed with my requirements ;) but I managed that problem easily:- I took her shopping for shoes PROBLEM SOLVED..
Hope this log is helpful to any newbies to cross reference as they commit to a basic cycle.. Cheers guys
 
Just did my last pin of my 10 week cycle which is a bit of a relief as the sites were getting sore (glutes only, next cycle going to have to use alternative sites) had 3 bad pins where bruising was left bf % has reduced although weight increased by 15lbs. I have some work to do (cardio will commence in 2 weeks time)
Strength went up currently I. E. benching 155kg max 4 times up 30kg prior to cycle.
Had some really intense weeks training steaming up the gym in the process lol and intend to maintain this focus throughout PCT and winter, by my calculations I should have had a full recovery and able to start my 2nd cycle in mid feb 2012...

Thanks to all those that gave me advice throughout cheers guys...!
