adding LBM but losing fat...BIG BLAST

Hello all,

I have recently got the doctors OK to start lifting again. I am pretty soft and looking to lose 15-20 LBS of fat but primarily looking to gain LBM. I am cleaning up the diet, lifting weights again MWF, and doing cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am drinking plenty of water. I am 25, 6 feet tall, 210 LBS and pretty soft. Again, I am looking to get bigger, but be more lean. Would it be okay to take BIG BLAST to increase muscle?
