If you purchased Acuvue® contact lenses from January 1, 1994 through July 31, 2001, you may be eligible for benefits under a proposed nationwide class action settlement against Johnson & Johnson and Vistakon®, Division of Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Inc.

If the proposed settlement is approved by the Court, you may be entitled to receive as much as $3 in cash, $3 towards the future purchases of any Vistakon lenses, and $1 towards the unreimbursed cost of an eye examination, for every box of Acuvue® contact lenses you purchased in the relevant periods.

about a third of my acuvue lenses fell apart within the first 2 days of wear. I'll prob get the laser surgery this year... works out cheaper than buying all those friggin lenses.
