Acne, lets have serious discussion.....

Kevin Trudeau blends the truth with fantasy for his own financial benefit while playing on the fears and distrust of people. Because there are elements of truth to his pitch it is just that much more insidious.

Accutane is the one thing I will recommend.....because it absolutely changed my life...but lok into thoroughly before hand...

Hope I'm not interupting too much but was wondering....have you guys noticed less acne when running a test prop cycle as ooposed to longer acting esters for test??

Im acne prone and about to try out my 1st test cycle......scared shitless about getting the acne back.....figured if it comes back and Im on prop, then i will drop the prop and it hopefully will clear out fast. Hopefully that doesnt haPPEN

Well said. Accutane too changed my life forever as well and I will always be greatful for that substance. There is no other drug I could personally recommend more than Accutane.

I feel your pain bro I get acne here and there when I'm not on anything. So when I am on it's even worse. It's the damn spanish in me! I have such oily skin theres pretty much nothing I can do about it. I have to wipe my face every so often so it doesn't look like someone sprayed my face with armor all.

as a note- never claimed that sesamin was more effective than accutane, merely that it CAN be effective in treating acne and works through some of the same mechanisms. Will say that sesamin is exessively better for you health wise. Many people eventually require accutane to resolve thier acne, but it should not be considered a "front line" treatment, its quite harsh and can have severe side effects.

I dig all the debate!

Thanks for shining a different light on Trudeau. I hadn't heard enough of the other side before this thread. Good shit.

a page that you should carefully read before embarking on accutane treatment... this does not mean that one with severe acne that has not responded to other treatments should not take accutane.. but users and potential users should be aware of these risks (as with any medication) and consider them carefully beofre discounting other treatment options...

Human water needs.

Healthy humans regulate daily water balance remarkably well across their lifespan despite changes in biological development and exposure to stressors on hydration status. Acute or chronic body water deficits result when intakes are reduced or losses increase, but day-to-day hydration is generally well maintained so long as food and fluid are readily available. Total water intake includes drinking water, water in beverages, and water in food. Daily water needs determined from fluid balance, water turnover, or consumption studies provide similar values for a given set of conditions. A daily water intake of 3.7 L for adult men and 2.7 L for adult women meets the needs of the vast majority of persons. However, strenuous physical exercise and heat stress can greatly increase daily water needs, and the individual variability between athletes can be substantial.

3.7 liters= 1 gallon= 16 8oz cups of water
thats for an average adult male, non bodybuilder, non athelete, non steroid user, whose bodyweight is between 160-170lbs
So that 16 8oz cups could come from food, beverages, etc.

A lot of people are allergic and cannot take accutane. Some, like me and my wife experienced hair loss, fuckin sucks, and I'm still losing it slowly. Wasnt heavy on my liver even with orals. Triglicerides and cholesterol was a little high, but with diet it was managible. Dry lips, no big deal. Sometimes bloody nose. I was only on 40mg and wouldnt go any higher, it worked well for me. I dont understand why they put people on 80mg-120mg without waiting to see improvement. If 40mg works, then just stay at that.
