ACL Knee Reconstruction Post-Op cycle

No offense, but your stupid

You need to stick to the PT sessions. It takes almost 1 full year for your graph to be accepted and heal properly. Take it from me, I've had 5 ACL Recons.. I was playing football for a D-1 school, and all they cared about was getting me back on the field. I'll put it this way I had a 105 degree bend in my knee 12 days out from the first surgery. You just need to give it time little bro, or you will spend even more time from the gym. You can use Deca to keep from wasting even more than you already have and hope to get something out of the bike at a higher resistance. But, you need to chill the fuck out and heal, or you will be like me, walking around with donor tissue in your knees, because you don't have anymore tendons to steal from for a graph. But, if your not smart you'll be living on advil and vicodi* the rest of your life to get rid of the pain. Tripp OUT.....................

The more I think about this the bader idea it seems. Listen to Tripp on this. You really do need to take it VERY easy. As I said Im at 6 months. I could be back at my sport now and am about to start going harder but the doc still says take it easy. Im not too far off compitition. I was skiing with the don joy on at 3 months, its going well. I too had more the 90 degrees after 2 weeks.

What I do wanna say is Ive also seen a bro jump under that squat rack and his knee came straight out the front .. tore through the petala tendon (where the graft came from). Weight was too big, forget how much but this was done at about 5 months.

Getting on something will more than likely give you the strength to be able to do just that!

ACL

I just had that done in november.
I had the acl completely replaced.
My meniscus redone.
And a few other things done i don't know.
It fucking hurt!
I am still very week in that leg.
I still cannot squat down on it w/o assistance.
And i did pt for 2 and 1/2 months.
I am on test 200 right now at 2cc's perweek.
I am on my 4th injection.
I go very easy on any leg work.
I guess i will just have to grow w/o as much training for now.
I tore mine racing dirtbikes.

A big thing most people with this injury do not know and over look is strengthening(sp) the teardrop(medialis)(sp). If your quad becomes too strong, it will actually pull your patella out of its natural groove. This happens because the outer quad becomes too strong and the medialis is too weak. So, I recommend high reps w/ a light weight on some leg extensions, 2 or 3 times a week. Tripp OUT................

..

I've had compete ACL replacement also.. Used pieces of my hamstring. I'd stay off the juice for at least 8 month to a year. Get your Knee working first, running helped mine heal the fastest, butI think I was further along then 4 weeks after the surgery,, sit on your couch and zone out on all the pain medince for a while..
