Abs

No need to overkill them. 2x a week is more than enough. As long as diet is in check you'll be fine.

Can you make a list of donts and do eats please?

lol dont freak out
u have to cut back on alot of things, and find out what training works best for your abdomin.

im still working on mine, its gettin there,.. slowly,.. but the changes i've made, and added, are looking positive.

I suggest buying The Abs Diet

Great book. If ya listen to the guy, you'll get a 6 pack in no time. I also suggest 'Essential Abs' by mens health. When i started with that book, I had no pack at all. After a month of doing it every other day, you could see my 6 pack. It has a beginner level, intermediate, and advanced. Beginner takes about 15 minutes or less, Advanced takes about 25.

Buy both of these books if you're serious about building your core, you will never be sorry you did. I've recommended both to at least 20 people.

although diet is a must, as you have to get your bf down to be able to see your 6-pak, you still have to build your ab muscles just like any other muscle. i do abs every 3 days, but i do mostly weighted routines, so they stay sore for a couple of days. If your doing crunches i believe every two days would be ok, if its working for you. Abs are like your calves they require more frequency training as they get used on a day to day basis.

Use weight on your crunches. Abs are like any other muscle, they require weight to adapt and get bigger and more muscular.

If you are a bodybuilder and don't want a large waist, stay away from doing weighted oblique work as they grow very fast to weight. Make sure to get your diet and interval cardio training down. Others can tell you more about that.....I hafta go get some ice cream for my core strength now.
