About to finish first cycle

i agree it is not the best time to cut...
however i dont see how running a PCT will help... you are trying to increase natty levels while suppressing them at the same time?

Because the HCG will override the suppression from the test.
 
do you have a link or mind detailing the protocal for this for me please... even when i ran cycles and came off, i had always recovered fine (did bloodwork a couple times, but admitedly not always) with very minimal PCT that i wont even discuss openly as i wouldnt suggest it to someone else, however i started out not knowing any better and was lucky so continued that way with no problems...
however... if this would keep my htpa from completely dying out on me (as when im through competing in powerlifting) i might someday try to come off, trying this would be of interest...
i had assumed that you could not bring your nattural levels up while using an ammount of gear equat to or greater than it... one reason off the top of my mind to think that was because i think it was you and needto (i may be wrong) that said the am dbol with PCT theory was bad....
but with what you are saying now, i dont see how one couldnt run dbol and hcg if the hcg would awaken their natural horomone production...\
now im just confused...
 
for me, on 125 mg trt dose a week, my levels were about 3/4 , i have no control over that amount, my doc gives me the shot each week.
no hcg either.
i`ve already thought i might have to supplement a bit more to get levels more on the higher side.
dont need a pct, i dont produce any natural test.
after my cycle i have to just get back to normal dose, and then 4 weeks after that i will be due for another blood test, and i have to have my levels back to normal at that time.

so i should wait about a month when my levels are back to regular range before i start cutting then?
 
One things for sure, I'm glad I got to do a cycle, have done so much reading about it. And hearing about gear for years, that now to have experienced it, and see for myself, it was good.
I've learned alot, and look forward to the next one where I can correct my mistakes.
I should be happy that j accomished what many say can't happen. I really did put in size and lose body fat at the same time.
But not by choice, my metabolism gets so high, that it's difficult to get enough calories to keep my body happy.
Next time I will plan better, and get past that, if I would have been able to gain more, I woulda seen more success.
But in the end for a first cycle, I'm still amazed sometimes when I look in the mirror, and I think to myself, wow, that's really me with the nice looking arms?
It's a good feeling
 
I'm still learning alot, so forgive me if this sounds ignorant.

Now during regular PCT the main thing is body getting natural test to start up and get back to normal levels correct ?
So with me being on TRT , it's not quite the same right? My levels will go back to "normal" without issue.
So is my time off of cycle mainly for my body to recover from the stress that gear does to it?

I ask this cause I read slot of guys saying after the last shot , keep the intensity up in the gym, but turn down the volume.
And to actually increase calories.
Now I'm wondering, wouldn't an increase of calories during recovery result in more fat gain?
Cause the test levels will be lower, and in my case for sure metabolism will drop.
and I also read alot saying wait a couple months after cycle to start cutting.

Or am I missing more info there.

Also thought about this...
My cycle that's about to end in 2 weeks of 450mg test a week.
And my normal TRT dose is 125mg a week ( this dose doesn't put me at the top of the range by the way)
What if I were to cruise as guys call it , at 250 or maybe even just 200, would I be able to lower calories , increase cardio and successfully lose body fat and see minimal loss of muscle mass ?

i`ll give it a go and see how it feels, i also think lowering the dose slower will help the sudden crash of levels
 
depends on age, bf%, and what supps/dosage you will be on.
 
what does everyone think an acceptable amount of weight to lose a week is?

around 1/4 lb per wk grab some NTBM "GEAR" Take 4 caps, 3 times a day,this will help preserve muscle tissue.
