I've been experiencing horrible abdominal cramps lately. I try and do abs and by the 30th crunch or so on the right side middle ab just starts to cramp so hard almost like a Charlie horse. I mean excruciating pain it balls and squeezes and tightens up so hard until I stretch my whole body and then let's go. I'm in week 4 of a sust 250 2x week tren 75 mgs eod and I kickstarted the first 3 weeks with prop. I remember getting them earlier before I was on cycle too though they have picked up intensity and frequency. Potassium low? Add more taurine? Too much creatine? Or something else? Anyone else get these?
