Ab cramps

I've been experiencing horrible abdominal cramps lately. I try and do abs and by the 30th crunch or so on the right side middle ab just starts to cramp so hard almost like a Charlie horse. I mean excruciating pain it balls and squeezes and tightens up so hard until I stretch my whole body and then let's go. I'm in week 4 of a sust 250 2x week tren 75 mgs eod and I kickstarted the first 3 weeks with prop. I remember getting them earlier before I was on cycle too though they have picked up intensity and frequency. Potassium low? Add more taurine? Too much creatine? Or something else? Anyone else get these?
 
Ya it sounds like u could be a lil dehydrated so adding some
Minirals and water might help, i used to get what i thought was muscle spasems just like u discripe... Id get them real bad after laupghing real hard man those are some painful cramps.... We should starts a forum dedicated just for injury and recovery here.
 
same happens to me when I start a new routine, really bad craps on my abs and like a bulge on the abs, sometimes on the side or the middle! usually goes away after the 3rd or 4th day doing abs!

Phenom , nothing you are taking have those sides , so I would suggest if it continues to go to your PCP immediately. This could be a bigger health issue not related to AAS. Noting you are taking will cause this unless you are severely dehydrated and you know better than that, so my advice is go to your doctor.
 
Thanks for the replies.. Arabian: it is def a muscle cramp or spasm, I can totally feel it but what would your concern be that it was an organ pain or something more serious? Just got me concerned with your response. I do enjoy getting your feedback and trust your opinions. Aren't you at the beginning of a cycle? How's it going?

Hey pal, I just started the following :

Week 1-14
Test Cyp 750
Primo 600
Mast 600

Week 1-4
liquid Anadrol 50 mgs per day

Im hoping to break through my Plateau , with this little cycle..lol:p
 
sounds like tren pumps to me. need to drink more water.. or drop the tren dosage.

no need to work your abs like that anyway. if you do squats and pullups properly your abs will get all the work they need and more. unless you truely are obsessed with hard abs.

not saying it couldnt be something worse but i would drop the tren NOW and start drinking 2gal of water a day and adding taurine at 10g

stop high rep training.

you could also go for a jog or do sets of deadlifts at 20+ reps and see if you pump/cramp up like crazy if so its probably a pump/cramp issue

are you doing any other high rep training?
 
Thanks guys. Yeah all my training is pretty much high reps. I go heavy weight heavy volume and high reps with minimal rest time. I also go at least 12 days straight without a day off. I know it sounds crazy but I'm experimenting with complete overload while on cycle while eating a ton to do a sort of lean/ bulk. I really just started tren bout a week ago so I don't wanna drop it but will up the taurine. Thanks.
 
phenom Ive had this issue for the past 3-4 years..with no issues anytime before that. Whenever I do concentrated crunches or use a machine that leaves in an over flexed position past mid line of the hips I would get the same cramping sensation. I increased water and there was no change. I never did not try taurine so that may be worth a shot. I now work my abdominals through core exercise, leg raises, planks, and ab exercises where i limit my flexion motion.

Did you ultimately find a way to prevent this from happening?
 
i used to get this to. my abs would start flexing on there on and even bulged out till i pushed them in sometimes when i did crunches. it was crazy. then it disappeared and i dont get them no more.
