Arabian , on 5ius gh I experienced similar to Judo , started retaining water the first 2 weeks , I jumped up about 10lbs , it dissapaited after about 6 weeks though, other was my one index finger the very tip went numb and stayed that way for the duration of my use an then for about 3 months after , other than that best compound I have ever used , sense of well being was through the roof !

We will never know bro...and I guess it drastically depends on whether off season or contest prep but I can guarantee its at least...

Who really knows what phil really uses...could be much more compounds but I think what I put above is the minimum. He is a great responder, has awesome genetic structure, and great genetics to handle the sides.

Thanks Tom, I am familiar with with the research obtained saying it causes light headaches, and numbness and I will do a little bit more reference the BP increases. Thanks pal

btw im like the only person i know who has ever had sides like that. Lots of friends and friends of friends run it and love it. if they get sides it was because of a high dose.

I will def say he resoonds amazing to everything... Food n diet more than the gear... U can tell back when he bumped the doses in 06 07, he fucking blew up...
