Hell all i had to go on was the weider principle i got out of muscle mags that was 40 yrs ago.

Lol, but wasn't it cool when they invented the shiny paper for the mags, sorry couldn't resist.

I looked in an ironman mag a few weeks ag and 98% of it is ads and pictures, and had a $5.99 Price tag on it, no thanks...Our sponsors here are golden

I have been reading and researching since I joined. Anyone else get overwhelmed with information? One place says this..this...this is the way to go, ok cool, then read this...this and that is the way to go, hmmm maybe try that then, then read this...that and that

Thank you Nelson Montana. I am consumed by the information here. I just came off cycle and hadn't been on one in 15 or so years, results were amazing. I plan on cycling much better now than previously (about 9 years of cycling with whatever I could get and/or afford, length was based on the same) I basically abused instead of used before, can not get by with that now. Trying to be more educated this go round.
