i'm a sushi addict, love the stuff!!! find a small place w/ a real japenese chef! and tip well, they'll remember you when you come back. the place i'm a regular at, takes care of me big time!! dany, the sushi chef, hooks me up as soon as i sit down, always giving me extra stuff to try! the last time there he had me try sea urchin, though i heard it's really bad, i didn't think it was unpallatable! kinda like custard.....but everyone makes sushi different so find a chef you like and stick w/ him, their like good bar tenders hard to find a good one!
