It's virtually impossible for two people to have identical hallucinations at different times unless they've shared the experience with each other, so if you never told your brother and vice versa I'm quite inclined to believe that what you two had was legit. Also the fact that people who would come over to the house were uncomfortable to the point of leaving without being told anything about the property is a strong indicator that something was going on.heatherrae said:yes, this is what I mean! Everyone who tried to spend the night wouldn't stay. Grown people literally would flee in the night. We all were always very afraid in that house. There was a heavy, dark feeling like something was just going to eat you alive. It's hard to explain.
The only thing I can't explain is why we were hallucinating the same things. I had hundreds of dolls. So, why would my brother and I hallucinate that this particular doll did the exact same things when we had not discussed it with each other. He said he saw it lift out of a rocking chair and wave its arms around and get a meniacal look on its face. I saw it do the same thing but it levitated out of the bed and hovered over my mom's face while I was sleeping in bed with my mom.
EVERY single place I've been in that was supposedly haunted had a similar unpleasant feeling, a feeling of someone being behind you/in the same room with you/watching you. I was never in a place that was as actively haunted as the one you're describing.
Now what I do wonder about is if the EMF somehow amped up what was already in the house? Non physical manifestations are energy, and maybe if there's extra energy in the atmosphere it can build up the metaphysical muscles
