I decided to go and try out Sarms from our sponsor. I must say I am very pleased with their customer service. I thought I had a problem with my delivery, sent an email at 900 at night on the weekend and had a response within an hour. I thought I wouldn't hear back from them till at least Monday. Great job guys.
Anyway, my stats

35 yrs old 5.7 165lbs 14.9% body fat (done in a displacement chamber several weeks ago) might be a little lower. Working out for 6-7 years hardcore. I finished a Winni/ Xtren cycle a couple months ago. Unfortunately I hurt my forearm during PCT and its been tough keeping my gains being unable to workout other than legs. I'm hoping for a good recomp with this. I'm going to start light at the gym so I don't reinjure myself and hopefully this stuff will help the strength stay up. Plan on a clean diet with 40-45 min LIT every day in am and maybe some HIIT after workout.

Will take .50ml a day split up between .25ml am and pm. First thing I noticed is this stuff tastes like crap. I tried to use army vets advice and put it in a gel cap. I couldn't get the slin pin to draw the stuff up so I just swallowed it from the dropper. I almost wondered if I dosed enough as the dropper isn't super accurate and .25ml seems like nothing. Anyone else have this problem when trying to dose? Would just one .50ml dose am be fine or are people getting better results split. I'll try to update this as much as possible and hopefully this stuff is as good as everyone says it is.

I do mine once a day can't tell any difference,that way i know where i am at the 50 mark. Put an ice cube in your mouth afterwards to dissolve the taste, it won't be so bad eventually.

Yeah, Im 1 week in, I just noticed my night vision getting a LITTLE fuzzy but not bad at all. Im getting a few more reps out even on a low carb diet right now. I havent noticed anything else DRAMATIC but Im only at the one week point so still have time to see how this stuff goes. Hopefully it works well for the recomp :)

Couple Updates

Day 2

I took Radars advice and decided to do all .50 in one dose in the morning. I want to be accurate and not over/underdose to give it a good review at the dose I'm at and .50 is easy to dose. Also I'm trying to avoid the sides. This stuff tastes like s**t.

Non workout day today but did do 45min run as soon as I woke up. Have not noticed anything unusual about being on it but I did notice that what normally takes 25 minutes 1 way on my jog only took 20 and I didn't realize it till I looked at my watch. I didn't think I tried to run any different than normal or exert myself but was quicker.


Day 3


Woke up and did the same .50 dose. I'm actually starting to not mind the taste. I feel like I'm getting an actual product knowing that I taste something but anyway on to the log.

Did not have to do a morning cardio but did shoulders in the afternoon. I'm doing a modified 5x5 training routine working one muscle group a day with this routine and giving 90 sec rest between sets. I'm starting somewhat light to avoid reinjuring my forearm. Spent 50 minutes doing my routine. I noticed that I wasn't getting as tired towards the end of either a set or the workout. Kind of felt the same through the workout. i.e Did dumbell Shoulder press using 70lb dumbell per side and the only time I tired was at the last set when I was trying to get the 5th rep in. Normally I'd be struggling to get that one up. After did a 45min LIT on the excercise bike and felt normal.

No sides to report as of yet and don't expect any this early. Not sure if my endurance is the Sarms either or a placebo knowing I'm on it. Time will tell.

I am hoping to get a good recomp on this cycle and am trying to be very strict on my diet and training. I want to give an honest fair review to those who are interested in this product. I am attempting to eat 500 under maintenance calories around 2400-2500 a day. For those that are good at critiqing a diet my diet normally consists of this.

Meal 1 either a) Protein Shake consisting of 1 scoop whey, 1 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup oatmeal. 1 hour later will be whole wheat toast with TB of NPB.

I eat that if I do am cardio. If not than b) 1 cup Kashi go lean cereal in 1 cup skim milk and 1 piece of whole wheat toast and 1 tb of NPB.


Meal 2. 1 can of 10 oz tuna.

Meal 3. 1 chicken breast with 1 cup whole wheat pasta and 1 tb of olive oil.

Meal 4. (post workout) Myoplex RTD 42g protien shake with a banana.

Meal 5. either a) baked chicken breast with Stubbs BBQ sauce, 1 red potatoe drizzled with 1 tb of olive oil, 1 serving of frozen garden vegetable medley.

or B) 1 15oz block cold tofu and 1 serving frozen garden vegetable medley.

Meal 6. protein shake with 1 cup milk, 1 scoop whey and 1-2 tb of NPB.

I try to stick strictly to this diet with some snacks of carrots or cottage cheese thrown in.

The only exception is Sunday which I eat 1-2 cheat meal and on the weekend I have a couple Vodka sodas at the bars.

Anyone see anything wrong with the diet please chime in as I'm always open to new suggestions. I will always try to keep it as healthy as possible.

I will try to take some before/after pics to see what this does.

Please make comments as you see a need as I want to learn as much as possible.
 
i might try putting it into my morning cup of joe ..ill let you know lol
This stuff is kinda oily, not sure I would want to waste even a little bit of it sticking to the side of my coffee cup. Not sure I would mix it with anything personally, but that's just me.
 
Day 4 update.

Still doing .50 dose right upon waking. Took the advice and cut the needle on the slin pin to give me accurate dosing. Did AM cardio on waking 45 minutes on eliptical. Afternoon did legs. Can't say if its the Sarms but I have increased my endurance. Did widowmaker squats as was suggested to me when injured and easily got the full 5x5 in at 225. Other sets felt pretty easy compared to normal. Maybe with having a good diet I'm getting in better shape but I'll see when the cycle is complete.

Diet is still as posted above though I did have a couple glasses of red wine. Had my blood work done before the cycle. Everything was great except my good cholesterol was a little low. I attribute this to the winny I took during my last cycle as I read it kills good cholesterol. Doc says a glass or two of red wine will help. Even though I know alcohol is not good when trying to shed fat I figured I'd take doc's advice and have a glass. I want to make sure all my bloodwork is right when I do another cycle.

No vision sides that I have noticed yet. One thing maybe worth mentioning is that I sleep alot longer. I mean, I usually wake up on my own after 8 hours but I've been sleeping 10+hours without knowing it. I also have been having very strong dreams that wake me up. Not sure if it's Sarms but thats the only thing I've noticed. Hopefully after a week of this I will begin to really notice this stuff kick in.

Still taking the .50ml dose upon waking. Now I like the taste. Did Bi's and Tri's today no cardio. I think I feel this stuff starting to work. I've been trying to go light so I don't hurt myself but it seemed like I wasn't even lifting any weight. I decided to try out what I normally could lift and it still felt light. Almost feels like I'm on without a pump. My strength deffinately feels like its increased. No vision sides yet but I have been having some weird ass dreams.

Day 6 update

Rest Day no workout. Diet was pretty good though I did indulge a little at the football game. I figure I need to remember what carbs taste like every so often. No vision sides. I am sleeping like a rock though and still having weird dreams. Normally I am a light sleeper and don't dream to intense but I have been having some serious night terrors waking up thinking it is real. If thats all the sides I get I'm not complaining.

Day 7 update

Another .50ml upon waking. Wasn't in the mood to do cardio due to the weather outside but bringing my diet back the way it should be. Today was back day. Since it seems like I am feeling stronger I decided to screw going light and just work out at weights I normally feel comfortable at. I think this stuff is starting to do what everyone says its supposed to do. I just felt stronger. Still doing a 5x5 routine but I felt like I could either go up weight or keep on lifting the weight. Set a personal record on seated rows and that was the last set I did. I felt I could go even heavier. My deadlifts felt light at 225 and even though I max at 275 for a couple I felt that I could have easily done 275 a full 5x5. I think I will try it next week and see how it goes. I hope this log is usefull and I will update as I have time.

Lol...I guess once you start experiencing the benefits, the taste is just a reminder of how you are going kill it at the gym!
 
I find the gains to be slight, but total body re-composition.

Much like anavar....but without the shutdown.

I have been debating giving it a shot. I want to try something that will boost reovery, change body composition but not cause shut down. It is between this and hgh but hgh is so damn expensive.
 
I am a fan of HGH, but sarms does what everyone thinks HGH should do, but doesn't, and at a fraction of the price.
 
I can't yet tell if it's given me a body recomp yet because I am early in the stages. It has given me endurance and strength though.
 
A chance to update again

Day 7

Am Cardio felt really good. Afternoon chest. Felt strong at the start on Incline Presses. Was easily hitting all sets at 195. Moved on to bench and as I was putting on the second 45lb plate I wasn't paying attention and my fingertip got caught between the two plate. F%^*ing hurt like nothing else in my life. Nail split and started to bleed everywhere. Needless to say I decided to stop there and go home to see if I could get some bandaids. No vision sides just strong dreams.

Day 8 and 9.

Taking a couple days off from the gym. My finger has swollen up and can't hold anything. Did cardio and felt good. I decided to take a couple days off from the Sarms and see if I still feel it. I know that some people are dosing 5 and 2. Still feel good during cardio so I will go back to trying dosing it again tomorrow. Hopefully my finger will feel better and I can pick up a weight. Will keep it updated.
 
Day 10

Back at the Gym. Had taken two days off due to the busted finger so I did a legs/bi's/tri's day. Took .50 mg as usual upon waking. AM cardio 45 min eliptical LIT heart rate around 140. Did an afternoon workout. Strength is wayyyy up.

Did widowmakers squats to where my but hit my ankles every time I went down and didn't even think I was exerting myself. If I hadn't been checking my heart rate after every set I would have thought the bar was empty. Next week I will really pack on some heavy weight and see if it makes a difference. Just about everyset I did felt great and energized.

Also starting to notice the body change a little bit. My weight has pretty much stayed the same but my pants and shirts are looser. I like the fact body fat maybe dropping but damn Seven for all Mankind jeans are expensive. It just looks like after this is done and I start my next cycle I'm going to have to make sure the muscles get nice and big to fill out the clothes.:biggrin:

No sides that I have noticed. Vision is fine and not noticing any tint. I think this stuff is the real deal. I read on another site that the sponsors Sarms was actually Andarine which is much worse for you and that might be causing the vision sides those people experienced. My diet is good with trying to be very strict in what I take in. I do plan on straying tomorrow though, after all its the Super Bowl. Geaux Saints.

Day 11

Back day today. Took .50ml first thing in morning. Was a little slow do to celebrating the Super Bowl last night. SAINTS BABY!!!!!!!!!!

But back to the log. No cardio, needed some recovery. Did an afternoon workout. Was a little tired at first but once I started I hit a groove. Set a PR in Bent over Barbell Rows and one arm seated rows. Deadlifts at a very heavy weight for me felt easy. This stuff will deffinatelly increase strength and endurance. Maybe not as much as AAS but you do notice it. I really like how I feel like I can lift anything not feel like I have the pumps from AAS. You just feel good. Also people have noticed my muscles getting better. I had a friend who hadn't scene me in a while say I was getting bigger. I've only been on this for two weeks so it must be the SARMS.

No sides yet. I'm not prone to sides so hopefully I won't get any.
 
Day 12

Chest. .50ml in morning. Morning cardio on an empty stomach. Afternoon chest. My workouts seem to be getting more intense. I feel in a zone while lifting. All my weights are going up and I barely feel tired. My endurance has really increased. I think I am getting my moneys worth. No sides other than the usual weird dreams and sleeping alot.

Day 13

Shoulders. .50ml in morning. Morning cardio on empty stomach. Afternoon shoulders. Today I have really felt the Sarms and I know it is Sarms. I started at my max for dumbell press and just about completed the full 5x5 set at that weight. Usually I can only get 1 or two sets there. Again I felt in the zone. Everything felt good while lifting. When going into the gym I have a mindset that I can lift almost any weight I want and it seems like I almost can. It's also great how I'm not tired even when I am really pushing myself.

I also think my body is changing a bit as well. I can't notice it as much because I look at myself daily but a buddy of mine at the gym who hadn't scene me in about a month said I looked noticbly leaner but no loss of muscle. My weight has pretty much stayed the same since I started even with a cutting diet and reduced caloric intake. I must be replacing fat with lean muscle which is next to impossible unless you just started working out. I did take before pics and will post start/finish after the cycle is complete for comparison. My diet has been pretty good as well measuring my portions, counting what I eat and staying away from carbs at night. Pretty much keeping a 40/40/20 p/c/f ratio. Anyway I will try to update as much as possible for those that are interested.
 
Day 14

Woke up and felt like my body had been hit by a ton of bricks. I was sore all over. I think I have been pushing myself hard this week and trying to lift heavy and it caught up to me. Every muscle was hurting so I decided to take it easy. No morning cardio, afternoon legs. Went light but felt strong while doing it. Really focused on my form. After I did 30 minutes jump rope rotating minute on minute off. I thought it would exhaust me but I never felt to tired and my heart rate was a consistent 165-170.

Day 15.

Felt better. Morning cardio. 40 minutes eliptical. Afternoon bi's and tris. Was able to do 100lbs on the barbell curl for the first time ever. I can see my arms getting bigger and feeling stronger. Did close grip bench reaalllyy slow to feel the burn at 165 and felt light.

I am finally noticing a slight vision side. When I walk into a darker room after being in a well lit area i.e. walking outside in bright sunshine and then coming indoors, it seems to take a couple minutes for the eyes to adjust. No yellow tint yet at night though. Still doing .50ml when I wake up.
 
So the sarms from the board sponsor is not the best stuff to get?


I got it from Sarmssearch here on the board. They have great customer service answering emails and concerns even late at night. This stuff does work. My strength has gone way up and it helps change the body. Of course you still need to eat right but it will aid in lifting and lean body mass. It seems every week I'm setting some PR on a lift and I feel like I can do more. It also will really increase your endurance as well. I plan on doing this for 4-6 weeks and lead it into my cycle. So far no real sides. My only vision side has been it takes longer to adjust the eyes when going from a really bright place to some place darker. Takes a couple minutes to adjust but thats it.
 
A little slow to update this.

As I come close to a full month of trying this I have noticed how good this stuff really is. I have really noticed changes in my body composition. Body fat is way down and muscle definition is showing through my clothes. I am only 1-2 lbs less than when I started show it shows that lean mass is increasing and body fat is decreasing. I keep having people saying how it looks like I've been getting huge and fit and complimenting me on the way I look. Working out has been great. My strength is almost on par as when I was on cycle and even stronger in some exercises.

No real vision issues other than coming into a darker room from a bright sunny day it takes a couple seconds longer to adjust than normal. .50ml daily really seems to be the sweet spot, no real sides but great gains.

I plan on continuing this for 6 weeks total leading up to a cycle of Test E. I'm just waiting for my support stuff to arrive before I start that cycle. Hopefully it will be here as I finish the Sarms.

I have taken before pics and will take after pics as well and post when finished. My diet has been pretty good but it's not as good as I like as I will cheat a little hear and there and have a drink or two on the weekend.
 
I must say I was really sceptical about Sarms but am a believer after my cycle. Ran it for 6 weeks at .50 a day. Gained about 5lbs and dropped bf. Nicest part was strength went way up and was able to keep it all after. Was a great lead into my Test E cycle.

Nice log man. Just ordered mine. Cant wait to try it. Im also using mine right up to my test E, Deca, and Mast cycle. Cant wait. If its that good ill also use it to bridge after my cycle in the next test E, Deca, and winny cycle.

I will Fo show. Itll be in the cycle log section though. Ill take my before pic. and ill take an after pic after the two cycles. There should be a pretty big difference.

I did about a 6 week cycle of the Sarms. Gained about 4 lbs but deff lost bf. Not sure how much. Strength went through the roof. I felt like I could lift whatever I saw. Waited a month and did my first injectable cycle of Test E for 12 weeks with week 10-14 1000mg Helladrol. Loved that cycle.

Gained 19lbs while making the cycle a cut which was amazing. Strength went up to where I could bench 315 once or twice which for someone my size was pretty good. The comparison between Sarms and Test is Sarms gives you a euphoria feeling like you can do anything you want at the gym any never get tired and the Test felt like I can knock anyone out as well. I definatelly got more angry than normal on Test. Also leaned out on it to where my abs are trying to show up well. I'm getting my BF checked next month in a bod-pod machine and it should be somewhere around 11-12% though I'm trying to get it down to 8%.

On PCT right now and have held most of my gains. Only lost around 5lbs so far and do lots of conditioning training to lose bf. Wanted to do pics before and after but my computer that had them got a virus and had to throw it away. Now I'm trying to plan my cycle for next year but will def bridge the Sarms between.

wow sounds like awsome results from both the SARMS and your cycle after it. So with sarms and your cycle you gained 23 pounds. Thats pretty damn good. I just started my sarms. Cant wait to get acouple weeks into it.
