A.M. Workout - Back, Traps Delts (Post) On Empty, No DWO Shake, Tried different grips & a few diff exercises that just did NOT mesh well with me

Back, Traps Delts (Post)
• Wide Grip Pulldown

– 70 / 13 reps to chest (warm up)
– 90 / 10 reps to chin
– 110 / 8 reps to chin
– 100 / 8 reps to chin


Close Grip Pulldown
– 80 / 10 reps --> Neutral Grip
– 80 / 4 reps --> Under Grip
– 80 / 6 reps --> Over Grip

***I do not like these***

BTN Wide Grip Pulldown
– 90 / 10 reps
– 100 / 8 reps --> flipped around not using knee guard
– 110 / 6 reps dropped to 90 / 4 reps


Close Grip Low Cable Row
– 110 / 8 reps
– 100 / 9 reps
– 90 / 10 reps


Rear Delt Cable Row - Pull high to chest
– 60 / 6 reps
***Nope, not these either***

Wide Grip Bentover Barbell Row – Weighted Barbell (WBB)
– 70 lb WBB / 8 reps X 3

DB Rows
– 45s / 6 reps each arm
– 45s / 7 reps each arm
– 45s / 8 reps each arm


DB Shrugs - My traps are getting big, I feel they are starting to overpower my delts, not going as heavy
– 45s / 10 reps
– 50s / 9 reps
– 60s / 8 reps

Reverse DB Cables
– 12.5s / 8 X 3


A.M. PWO Cardio
Precor Elliptical – 60 minutes, Intervals, Level = L, 5 minutes each

< Warm up 7-8 minutes > Life Fitness Elliptical with Upper Body Motion (LFE w/ UBM)

< Cool Down ~ Walk to locker room post cardio >

Legs Part I – Quad Focus
• ATF Front Squats

– Multiple unweighted form check Squats
– Bar (45) / 10 reps (warm up) --> Rolled back & caught myself … that was close :D
– Bar + 20 (65) / 10 reps
– Bar + 40 (85) / 10 reps
– Bar + 70 (115) / 6 reps { PR … I had more in me }
– Bar + 90 (135) / 1 rep {WENT FOR IT & nailed a single, just matched my back squat PR weight, not reps though :D Yippee!!! Heart was racing, FEAR lol :elephant: }

*** I didn’t count the Clips, they were on for all lifts ***

Weighted Walking DB Lunges – Continuous
– 25 lb DBs / 9-10 reps each leg X 2
– 25 lb DBs / 8 reps each leg X 2

***I hate these lol :evil:***

Single Leg-Leg Press - Sled = 125, alternating
– 125 / 8 reps each leg
– 125 / 10 reps each leg X 2


BSW’s (35s) Seated Leg Curls
– 60 lbs / 7 Full Reps + 21’s + 7 Full Reps X 3
***Last set I managed + 1 rep, I didn’t know how I walked away, still sore & achy from YPT from wed in the hips, glutes & hams ***

Just wanted to say have a great weekend :rose: and throw back some :martini: for me tonight too. I'm envious, but I'm on a 15 day alcohol-free streak right now & not about to break it until I hit a special occasion to do so.
