. I honestly do not think the advice from the others would be much different than what Shadow has already suggested. IMO these are things you trainer, who sees you face to face should have already implemented, but I by no means am the person you are paying for advice, just make sure you ask her to explain why you are doing what she has you doing so you understand her thought process and it makes sense to you.

as far as the debate, are you guys talking about ways in which a person can get more defined muscles. Are you trying to bulk a little before cutting and is shadow telling you that you don't need to?
