To the best of my knowledge, you say "I do not wish to answer any questions without a lawyer present", and once you request a lawyer, they have to let it be

The voice of reason here. i've gotten out of more tickets being nice and making the cops laugh. "is there any reason you were driving 65 in a 45?" Im sorry officer, im just trying to get home and take a shit" Im telling you it works, catches them off guard. Being a dick will only get you a ticket and you're gonna get found guilty anyway. with that being said, If it is some serious shit, dont say shit
