Great shit!! I could likely match that on incline (In this order 15,12,10) if I wasnt doing these real strict inclines Ive been doing lately. When I slide down the bench and get a good arch its very similiar to flat bench for me. With the foot rests on the bench I can do sort of a standing incline press. haha These strict ones have been a nice change though. Hit 315x4 on those today, and 275x10.5. Awesome shit brother!! Let me know how it works out!! GO KILL THAT SHIT!!
I killed it today.
incline barbell: 275 for 10, 12, then 15 reps
flat barbell: (rest pauses) 315, 365, 405 all for 3 reps
incline db: 100s and 120s for 10 reps with each.

Not bad, next week will be heavy flat and rest pauses on incline.
