Thinking for today of killing incline barbell first. Probably try and get 275 for 10, 12, and 15 reps. Then i will hit rest-pauses on flat barbell and then some incline dbs.

Great shit!! I could likely match that on incline (In this order 15,12,10) if I wasnt doing these real strict inclines Ive been doing lately. When I slide down the bench and get a good arch its very similiar to flat bench for me. With the foot rests on the bench I can do sort of a standing incline press. haha These strict ones have been a nice change though. Hit 315x4 on those today, and 275x10.5. Awesome shit brother!! Let me know how it works out!! GO KILL THAT SHIT!!

flat barbell: (rest pauses) 315, 365, 405 all for 3 reps
incline db: 100s and 120s for 10 reps with each.
cables.

Not bad, next week will be heavy flat and rest pauses on incline.

I guess i shouldnt have said heavy cause my partner and i will probably be back on sets of 10 next week, albeit they will be heavy. We will go heavy on incline rest pauses.

something like this:

flat barbell:
135x20
225x10
275x5 or 6
315x5 or 6
335x 3 sets of 10.

incline barbell:
135x10
225x3 (rest pauses begin)
275x3
315x3
335 or 345 by 3 (MAYBE, not sure)

flat dbs: 100, 120 x10

cables.

typical heavy flat barbell day would look like this: (all sets of 6)
135x20
225x10
275x6
315x6
365x6
405x6 (may try to move up a little)

sets of 10 on incline barbell.
 
I was doing SLDL's today and right before I did a set I said in my mind
"I AM GOING TO KILL THIS SHIT" and then I thought of walkingbeast.

Hell yeah man, strong as ever. Keep on doing what you do best.
