hey i try to switch up my diet ...on monday wednesday i have low carbs high pro and moderate fat...tues and thursday i have close to no carbs and high pro n fat...and on the weekends i have moderate carbs and low fat
is this ok//i try to always never eat bad fats sliek on keto...just flax aan essential fats i eat al the time..its just when i have low carbs i up the fats a bit/and when carbs are more than 80 grams i kinda of lower fats to 20 grams..
