I have a daily log of all nutrients that I take in. I’m pretty meticulous about keeping track of every calorie. I also have a daily gym log of every weight and rep. I will post them here as soon as I can put them in a format that transfers to text.
Also the last time I had my testosterone tested, it boosted my blood level testosterone to almost 900 and I’m only on 200mg every 2 weeks. They claimed it’s just how my body reacted to the trt.
