whatsup everyone. am currently at around 9-10% bf with 8 wks out exactly today. have t3/cytomel on hand and have researched as much as you humanly possibly can in regard to this med.
have come upon all the horror stories this past wk and am scaring myself away. need real responses here. do not want to screw my system up now or later in life in regard to hyper/hypo thyroidism, chance of diabetes (which my father has), or a suppressed thyroid for life. not sure if i can genetically get down to 5% bf or even lower with my diet but regardless, i dont want to endanger myself just to get there. trying to think as smart and logically as possible. give me some advice guys, what you think? those who have taken cytomel before in the past.

also, heres a question... how long has cytomel actually been around and prevelant in the bodybuilding community? did the 70's bodybuilders dabble in it?

btw, cycle right now is:
750mg/sustanon-wk
500m/masteron-wk

eca/clen 2wks on/2wks off
need2slin 3caps/day
(just finished bottle of alpha t20

3 threads on this, lol. T3 works great. but can leave your muscles flat. I would keep it to a minimum for that reason.

Arghh hate the T3 and clen threads. You can easily cut fat without it imo and still keep more muscle if done slower and on ASS so why even bother with it. Your diet might not cut as much fat as T3 but you would still have an overall better look with bigger pumpd fuller muscles. Stay away from anything like this unless you really need it.

My thyroid died back in 2006. It was a nightmare. Depression, cold feet, foggy mind, and eating 1200 cals a day and NOT losing weight. I have to take 50mcgs ED for the rest of my life. My levels always come back since I have been on the drug but I am different. Depression comes very easy and losing weight is a bitch.

I wish I never used it to lose weight. I remember reading that 30% of people who use it permanently damage their thyroid. The thyroid regulated a ton of bodily functions. IMO it is not worth it, unless you are a pro and BBing is your life.

I think he probs does need it, its for comp not just cutting down some fat.

Yeah but thats why I sayed it also. You might loose more fat but hed need to be carefull he kept hard or he wont look near as big. Just an opinion tho as always. You need to post pics up anyways before or during your comp :) thats the rules lol I wanna see them.

I would be happy to assist you in this however if you're not dead serious don't waste my time.

PM me.

Listen to army vet and forget about the T3, if you really need to cut those last few % and diet/cardio won't do it then big D is the answer
