never mind the fact that junior, when given a light sentence in the past, was not deterred! instead of learning from his past mistakes, he chose not to, since the punishment was so petty...over the years the costs mount as poor junior is arrested/rearrested/and arrested some more, only to be released cause hey, it's just petty crime!!! quite being so mean!!!!!@

I think thats way too harsh, but I also think that the bigger crimes (murder, breaking in a house and robbing, etc) should get more time, then not as many people would do it. If you would get 25yrs minimum for breaking into a house, would you do it?
