5x5 WSB hybrid: How does this look?

sunday: speed bench 8x3 45% of 1rm
4x8 bb tri ext
3x10 side laterals
3x10 bent over laterals
3x10 hammer curls
Monday: 5x5 squats
3x10 good mornings
3x15 pull down abs
3x15 straight leg raises
tues: rest
wed: 5x5 bench
2x10 incline db press
4x10 db tri ext.
3x10 db shoulder press
thur: 3x20 rack deadlifts
3x15 shrugs
4x6 one arm rows
3x15 ab pulldowns
fri: rest
sat: rest
 
first of all why a hybrid, why not use what is proven to work already. second of all i see one thing on there for lats/upper back(one arm rows) and maybe the shrugs could be upper back. wheres the box squats and speed day?

what are your goals? do you want to compete?
 
no I don't want to compete. I do this for my own recreation and take a lot of personal satisfaction in training, but I only do it for me. My goal is to be stronge and big, with a big bench, as for squat I do them cause I love the feeling and know it makes me bigger. I don't care about hitting big numbers on squat per se. I really would like to have a 400+ bench though. My arms are long and I'm 6 feet tall so I'm not really a natural for the bench but I still think useing good form I can get to my goal in another year or so my max right now is 305. At 205 pounds this is very light for a powerlifter I know but that is what I like the wsb but the 5x5 will get me bigger no?
 
then i suggest doing WSB for your bench i.e. wed max effort and sun dynamic effort.

then you can hit some legs on mon or fri or both.

i understand the long arm problem (im 6'6'') even so WS has worked wonders for me and my bench.

dont worry about getting big, if youve ever seen any of the guys from the gym they arent small by a longshot. the size will come, and so will the 400 bench
