I completed week 5 of the 5X5 DF last Thursday and am really enjoying this program and feeling the gains. I knew I'd have a few down days before moving into week 6. However things have changed due to traveling and the holidays. It's looking like it might be Thursday before I'm back in the gym...a full week off.
I'm interested in thoughts and feedback on whether I should pick up on Thursday with week 6...or should I enjoy this full week off and begin the 5X5 at week 1 when I hit the gym on Thursday?
My goal is to make gains in size.
