In other words, for example, I will bulk for say 10 weeks, or till I just can't stand the way I look. I then stop and do a 4-6 week cutting or hardening phase. Then resume bulking. I believe the older we get, the easier it gets away from us, and I have found it harder and harder to lose the fat for contest bodyfat levels.
