500mg in one shot hurts like a mother

I was doing 250mg injections and now I just do 500mg once a week but the problem is when I do it im fine until about 6hrs later. No lumps, its not hot to touch and its not red it just feels like I have been given the charlie horses of all charlie horses. Is this because im injecting 500mg in one shot? I will be limping around for the next 2 days.

500 mgs of what Leroy? It would certainly help to know, I assume Test, but you tell me.

I shot 3mls of 250 E twice a week. It don't hurt or phase me at all.

Inj real slow should take couple mins then rub area hard and deep for 5 min will be pain free

Your muscle tissue will toughen up to larger injection volumes after awhile. If I've been away and need a boost, I've done 400mg (2cc) T-cyp IN THE DELT with no problems. A little sore, but not bad.

Any time you inject a new muscle, it will be SORE for awhile. But when the muscle is used to it, you can inject large volumes and not feel a thing.
