500 MG Test E/Week - Can't sleep!

I'm on my third week and I can't sleep more than a few hours. I know this sounds like I'm bitching for no reason but I wake up and feel like I have a full nights rest. This can't be good for gains at all.

I tried drinking a bit before bed and it helped me get to sleep but a few hours later it's like I just pop up...Anyone else ever had this?

Try meltonin/ tylenol PM/ weed

Some people experience insomnia on cycles...here is a list of natural sleeping/relaxing herbs.

try these: (they will relax you and help you sleep)
Kava Kava Root
Passionflower Herb
Valerian root
Raspberry leaf (tea)
Chamomile tea
Scullcap
Passionflower
 
Terrible time sleeping lately as well for me. (test e/500mg tren e/250mg)

Xanax is the only thing that helps me. I've tried natural, tylenol PM, everything.
 
one 25mg of seroquel at night about 9 you'll sleep like a baby with no druggy after affects. I should know I use it evrytime I cycle, works great.

I'd try that or Unisom first. Odds are herbs won't help. i had the same problem my first cycle and when i used Tren. If the OTC stuff don't work, get a script for Ambien and you should be golden.

Get one of the following: Ambien CR, Valium, Xanax, Lunesta .....................
