50 dollar GNC gift certificate

Was one of the gifts I was given this year, I still haven't gone to GNC, what would you get with 50 bucks there?

PS: I really haven't shopped at a GNC in years, I find most of my supps come from online stres and really the only suppliments I take are protein and creatine.

Hey bro I got the same gift! I never go to GNC but when i did they were havib some good sales. i got a big ol jug of xyience xm2. its a protien with creatine, glutamine etc.... its good shit!!

Hands down, get the mega man multivitamin, as big a bottle of it as you can. It's one of the best out there, probably the only good thing they make, and if u're not taking one a day already, u've got to get into the habit pronto.

Stay away from the mega men.....ingredients are sythetic.....the only reason you think it works so well is because of the B12.....they put more in it to gove you a "energized" affect.....mega men will go through you, and dosent properly absorb.......i would stay away from anything that has GNC on the box or bottle.

The ingredients in MegaMen are NOT synthetic, and they DO properly absorb. Do you work for Centrum or something? Do a little research before you make dumb comments just because you may not like GNC.

To the original poster, I would get a big tub of 100% whey - 90servings, and the multi.

No actually, i have worked for GNC before(i didnt get fired, i quit, due to their lies and ignorence....i am still freinds with the manager)....I have took their vitamins, i know their schemes.......No centrium is even worse.....I have talked to many people (profesional, and old Mega Men users).....what they put on their boxes are not always tru....I have seen studys dony.....Trust me, the multi;s are crap.......do you know what else.....the only reason you may think their so good, is because one of their sales people sold it to you, you took it, got some energy and said to yourself "these are awsome"....they DO NOT properly absorb.....and for every bottle you bought, the sales person was paid 1-4 dollars.........their vitamins make up approx 15% of their sales ?(world wide).....do some research, and look for some studys performed by independent research firms.....because yousure in the HELL havent, and i assure I have.

I already take Centrum, is there any difference?

Centrum is one that also does not absorb properly.....i would stick with one of the following....Natures Plus, Envison, Life Extension, Enzymatic Therapy, or Natural Factors (preferble one from Dr. Michel Murray....(a natural Medacine Dr. who has also done research on GNC vitamins, and centrum....as well as many others)
