Isn't there a sticky somewhere on it??? I'm 5'5" and weighed 180 when i started 3 months ago. I'm at about 190 now but noticed incredible strength gains more than anything! 10 pounds of mass equalled about 30 pounds on my bench!!!! There are several programs that people refer to as 5x5 here. The one most people seem to be speaking of in this thread is the Bill Starr periodized 5x5 version.
