drveejay- how are you taking them? split up 3 times/ED with grapfruit juice. I take 20mg in the morning 40mg before workout (afternoon) and 20 around 10:00p.m.
WannaImpress- my diet looks like this:
1. 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites, a whole crown of brocoli about a cup steamed topped with a slice of fat free cheese topped with 2 tsp of Udo's perfect oil blend. Pro/fat meal
2. Same^ or 1/2tub of 2% cottage cheese, a scoop of Protein Powder, a little bit of fiber 1 cereal just for crunch, 2 tsp of Udo's.
3. Postworkout- 80g of Dextrose, 40g Protein - I think I will up the Protein to 60g and mabey up the Carbs to 100g.
4. 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/4cup fiber 1, raisens, scoop Protein Powder, 1/2 container of cottage cheese, Peach.
5. Steak, brocoli, cheese, 2 tsp Udo's
6. same as 1, 2, or 5
7. 60 g Protein shake - casein with 2 tsp Udo's
wake up at night, or early morning another Protein shake -casein with Udo's.
Cardio on off days 45min Treadmill incline 15% walk at 3.5mph. On training days 15min post workout Treadmill incline or swim.
